Job Description
Job Responsibility:
A. Recruitment & Selection
1. Preparing Job description for various positions.
2. Manpower planning & Manpower Budgeting.
3. Recruitment life cycle.
4. Conduct with sources of recruitment.
5. Job portal/CV sourcing from Job portal.
6. Job posting in job portal.
7. Conduct telephonic round interview.
8. Conducting face to face interview.
9. Organize panel interview.
10. Prepare Offer letter/Appointment letter.
11. All joining formalities and background verification of candidates.
12. Organizing Induction & orientation to the new joiners.
13. Recruit the Apprentice as per the Apprentice Act; Complete the Documentation formalities like registration,
issue offer by Apprentice portal site and monthly returns etc.
14. Member’s Registrations for shortlist candidate.
B. Industrial Relation and Employee Relation.
1. To deal with Labour court, Police, ESIC, PF and Fire Department.
2. Issue Warning letter/show cause letter//charge sheet/suspension/dismissal/ before and after domestic enquiry
as per model standing order.
