Job Description
Work Profile:
- Following all Safety Rules at work Place while executing all kind of works.
- Planning and Execution of Instrumentation project at different units.
- Planning, Preparation and presentation of R&M costing & Budgeting.
- Executing activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.
- Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.
- Developing project management processes in consideration of time, cost, risk, quality and integration.
- Monitoring of engineering schedule and obtaining progress report from Vendors for critical items.
- Arranging Customer/third party Inspections & obtaining clearance.
- Developing new vendors with improved Supplier’s performance and capabilities to meet our supply needs and to minimize the cost and lean time
- Preparation and presentation of R&M break-down reports.
- Estimation, planning and execution for plant shutdown works.
- Preparation and Presentation of Equipment Availability and Plant availability status reports.
- Handling of SAP related to R &M for PR requisition, PO Generation, PM notification, Store transaction, Store Inventory etc.
- Preparation and presentation of utility related reports. (Raw water, waste water, steam, coal, power generation and consumption etc.)
- Maintenance and ensuring Zero breakdowns of instruments, by planning and executing PM on time.
- Regular training to the technical team on basic engineering skills, waste control, spare parts utilization, down time reduction, time saving method & work safety.
